  • No. What you see is a starting point. Many of the most relevant speakers are identified through the brief and aren’t always listed publicly.

Booking & Process

  • Share a brief or outline of your event and what you’re looking to achieve. We’ll come back with considered options aligned to your audience, timing and objectives.

  • Usually within 24 hours, often sooner depending on the brief and timing.

  • The earlier the better, particularly for high-demand speakers. That said, we regularly work to shorter timelines where needed.

Fees & Commercials

  • Fees vary depending on the speaker, location, format and level of involvement. For corporate events, this can range significantly. We’ll align recommendations to your brief and budget from the outset.

  • No. Our fees are covered within the speaker engagement.

Logistics & Delivery

  • We manage the coordination around the booking and can guide on travel, accommodation and technical requirements where needed. Travel and accommodation are usually arranged as part of the wider event planning and are not included in the speaker fee.

  • Yes. Many speakers work across in-person, virtual and hybrid formats.

Global & Language Capability

  • Yes. We work across regions, markets and time zones. Our speakers operate internationally and in multiple languages, allowing us to align not just to location, but to the audience and context.

  • Yes. Many of the speakers we work with deliver in more than one language. Where needed, we can also identify speakers aligned to specific language and regional context.

Risk & Changes

  • We’ll work with you to manage any changes in line with the agreed terms and find the most practical way forward.

  • It’s rare, but if it happens we’ll move quickly to secure a suitable alternative and support you through the process.
