92 Speakers acts as an intermediary between clients and speakers. We advise, recommend and facilitate speaker engagements based on your brief.

Once a booking is confirmed once:

• the speaker is agreed

• terms are accepted

• confirmation is issued in writing

In rare circumstances, a speaker may need to withdraw. We will:

• notify you immediately

• provide suitable alternatives

• support a replacement where possible

If you need to change or cancel:

• Notice must be provided in writing

• Cancellation terms will depend on the speaker agreement

• Costs incurred may still be payable

• provide accurate event details

• ensure appropriate event conditions

• communicate any changes promptly

• changes beyond reasonable control

• indirect or consequential losses
