Benjamin Bargetzi
Neuroscientist, Authority on Human–AI Intelligence, Decision-Making & Leadership Under Uncertainty
Benjamin Bargetzi works at the intersection of neuroscience, artificial intelligence, and leadership, where decisions are made before certainty exists.
A neuroscientist by training, Benjamin began his career studying how the human brain processes uncertainty, risk, and complex choice. He later moved into senior roles in global technology organisations, including Google and Amazon, where he worked on data, intelligence, and digital strategy inside fast-scaling systems.
He went on to serve as Global Lead for Future Technologies at the World Economic Forum, where he worked on the strategic implications of AI and emerging technologies. He is now the founder of ACIT Global, a research and advisory institute focused on human-centred intelligence, AI strategy, and leadership in complex systems.
What distinguishes Benjamin is his cognitive lens. He does not treat AI as a replacement for human thinking, nor as a purely technical capability. Instead, he examines how human cognition and machine intelligence interact, where automation improves judgment, where it amplifies bias, and how leaders must design decision environments that respect the limits and strengths of the human mind.
For senior audiences, Benjamin reframes AI as a leadership challenge: one of responsibility, design, and trust, not speed alone.

The Bargetzi Effect
Intelligence becomes collaborative, not competitive.
Audiences leave ready to:
Understand how human cognition differs from machine intelligence
Recognise where AI distorts judgment rather than improving it
Design effective human–AI decision systems
Lead technology adoption with psychological realism
Navigate uncertainty without false confidence
Why Book Benjamin
Benjamin Bargetzi brings rare credibility across neuroscience, big tech, and global policy. He resonates with leaders who want to move beyond AI hype and understand how intelligent systems actually shape human behaviour, leadership judgment, and organisational risk.
Book a speaker who treats AI as a cognitive partnership, not a technological shortcut.
